Crema di Broccoli e Patate  V
Cream of broccoli and potatoes soup, served with crostini bread and blue cheese

Cozze Gratinate
Green lip mussels topped with a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, a hint of tomato, finished with a dressing of extra virgin olive oil and lime

Peperoni Ripieni

Stuffed peppers with rice and mixed vegetables baked in tomato and mozzarella sauce

Insalata Mediterranea
Salad of chicken breast and bacon with a drizzle of creamy Italian vinegarette dressing

Funghi  Ripieni
 
Mushrooms stuffed with pate coated with breadcrumbs, deep fried and served with salad and a garlic mayo dip

Barramundi cooked in a tomato sauce, white wine, garlic with a touch of cream,

Lamb cutlet in a rich red wine sauce and rosemary

Lonza di Maiale all'Ananas
Roasted loin of pork cooked in pineapple and Cognac sauce

Traditional Italian bread with chopped tomato, garlic and olive oil
